Product Summary
The ILQ1 is optically coupled isolated pairs employing GaAs infrared EDs and silicon NPN phototransistor. The ILQ1 designed for driving medium-speed logic and can be used to eliminate troublesome ground loop and noise problems. The ILQ1 has two isolated channels in a single DIP package.
