Product Summary

The LCP1521SRL is a Programmable transient voltage suppressor for SLIC protection. The LCP1521SRL has been especially designed to protect new high voltage, as well as classical SLICs, against transient overvoltages. The presents a very low gate riggering current (IGT) in order to reduce the in order to reduce the current consumption on printed circuit board during the firing phase.
